Villa Josepina offers 1049 m² and a stunning view of the Costa d'en Blanes and the marina Puerto Portals. Port de Portals offers many opportunities to eat regional specialities in the numerous restaurants. Bars, nightclubs and shopping facilities are also available. The town is approx. 8 km from the capital Palma and the associated motorway is in the immediate vicinity. The villa, however, is in a quiet residential area. With 5 bedrooms, the air-conditioned villa offers enough space for up to 12 people. 2 of the bedrooms are located in the lower part of the villa. Each with a double bed, one bedroom has an ensuite sauna and 2 further single beds, which is ideal for a family with small children. The villa also has a huge terrace with plenty of seating and dining options, as well as a jacuzzi and barbecue area. The 11 x 4 metre pool can be heated as required and also has a counter-current system. The villa also has a fitness corner with lots of equipment and a large sofa with home cinema system and screen. At present, one bedroom in the basement cannot be used.
